Wei Li

Wei Li joined Xiang He Capital in 2018. As Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, Wei Li is responsible for Xiang He Capital's legal and compliance, investor relations, marketing and communications, and operational matters.

Wei has more than 10 years of legal experience in PE/VC investments, strategic investments, M&As, IPOs, corporate governance and general compliance matters. Prior to joining Xiang He Capital, Wei worked at Blue Pool Capital, Sullivan & Cromwell (Hong Kong) and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett (Hong Kong). Wei holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Pennsylvania. She is licensed to practice in the State of New York, U.S.A. and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China, and has passed the bar examination of the People's Republic of China.
