Hao Chen
Finance Director
Hao Chen joined Xiang He Capital in 2021 as Finance Director.
Hao Chen has more than 10 years of experience in fund financial management. Prior to joining Xiang He Capital, Hao worked at Hony Capital from 2011-2021 as Finance Director, where he was responsible for financial management and operational support for both RMB and USD funds, including PE, VC, mezzanine, and real estate in a variety of categories. Prior to that, Hao worked in the finance group of KPMG Huazhen and operation department of Huaxia Fund Management Co.
Mr Chen holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and a Master's degree in Management from the University of International Business and Economics.
