Youxin Kang joined Xiang He Capital in July 2017, focusing on industry of online education, entertainment and content. Prior to joining Xiang He, Youxin Kang worked at investment department of Qihoo 360.
Youxin Kang received his bachelor degree from Renmin University of China in business administration.
Ziqi He received her bachelor of Economics from Capital University of Economics any Business in 2008, and master of accounting and financial management from University of Essex in 2012. Prior to joining Xiang He Capital, Ziqi worked at Sequoia Capital China for nearly 5 years. As Assistant Financial Controller, Ziqi was responsible for finance matters of RMB Funds, as well as post-investment management. Prior to that, Ziqi worked at Deloitte Beijing office for 3 years, and mainly participated in IPO Project of Agriculture Bank of China.
Wei Li joined Xiang He Capital in May 2018 and is responsible for overall legal and compliance matters at Xiang He Capital. Prior to joining Xiang He Capital, Wei Li worked as an in-house counsel at Blue Pool Capital, a Hong Kong-based investment firm. Prior to that, Ms. Li worked at Sullivan & Cromwell’s Hong Kong office and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett’s Hong Kong office, where she focused on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. Wei Li received her LL.B. from China Foreign Affairs University and her LL.M. and J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Allison Sun joined in Xiang He Capital in June, 2018. Mainly focuses on background operations of funds, financial processes. Co-operates with Lisa for daily maintenance, operation, and handles accounting and taxation processes of funds and projects. Prior to joining Xiang He Capital, Allison has worked in Grant Thornton for 3 years, mainly took charge in financial handling and taxation advisory in tax department. Allison has took part in Sequoia Capital, and later worked for the financial team of Cinda Capital for 2 years, mainly dealt with accounting processing and fund allocation. After that, Allison served as the taxation project manager, conducted tax and financial work for DCP Fund and Mao Xin Investment Management (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. Allison graduated from Beijing Union University.
